Shannon Witt, Pastor
Pastor Shannon started as pastor in February, 2023.
Jean Pulscher, Office Manager
Hello all, my name is Jean Pulscher. I grew up in Flandreau, SD where I met and married my husband, Shannon. We have 3 children: Jaycie, Colton, and Kylee. Prior to moving to Custer, I had enjoyed working in our school system in Flandreau where most recently I was the High School Secretary. In 2021 we moved to Custer when Shannon took on the role of Facility Manager at Outlaw Ranch. I worked for Outlaw as the Food Service Manager for 3 years before accepting this position at Custer Lutheran Fellowship. In my free time, I love supporting my family in all they do, reading, and spending time with friends and family. I am looking forward to meeting and becoming better acquainted with everyone here at CLF.
Augie Heyne, Custodian
Augie has served at Custer Lutheran Fellowship since 2013, though he has been a member for nearly three decades. Augie is responsible for the maintenance of the Custer Lutheran Fellowship facility and is happy to coordinate volunteers who like to paint, sweep, mow, and fix.

Jennifer Doyle, Worship & Music Director
Jennifer took over as Choir Director at Custer Lutheran Fellowship in September 2022. The choir rehearses the first two Wednesday evenings and then sings the following Sunday morning from September to May. Then in November, 2023 she resumed the duties of the Worship & Music Coordinator combining the two positions.
Wendi Rusch, Youth & Family Coordinator
Wendi was born at Ellsworth AFB and grew up in Rapid City. At Augustana, she studied Elementary Education and K-12 Deaf Education. She loved teaching her deaf students through sign language until staying home to raise and homeschool her four kids. Wendi met her husband, Matt, at camp and their family served in Outdoor Ministry for over 20 years. Wendi took over Spark Kids in 2017 and the High School Youth group in 2021. She was given the title of Youth & Family Coordinator in 2022. Wendi was recently admitted as a student at Luther Seminary where she is completing a graduate certificate in Children, Youth and Family Ministry.
